Just dropping you a line to let you know how happy and appreciative we are of the job you and "H P Property Managment Specialists" has done for us, since we commenced using your services in September 2003.

Since you took over from our previous agent (and that transition was all too easy), we have found being the owner of an investment property to be a "hassle free" experience. In fact, in light of the way your business looked after our affairs, we felt confident enough to obtain a 2nd investment proeprty, knowing that both properties would be in excellent hands.

Although we rarely need to speak to each other, we do receive regular inspection reports and monthly financial statements for both properties from you. You organise ALL of our periodic pyaments, and if there are any maintenance issues, you either call us or "Just Do It' - depending on the cost and/or safety issues involved. Should there ever be a need to contact you, I know that you are only a phone call/fax/email away, and you have always responded to all of my requests with "Same day service"!

I have never had an issue with receiving tenant's payments on time, and the money is automatically deposited into my nominated bank account.

I would not hesitate to recommend you or "HP Property Management Specialists" to anyone loking for a friendly and truly professional property manager.
